We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Call Center Technician to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical assistance to customers over the phone, via email, or chat. You will troubleshoot product or service issues, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customers calls in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software or service issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
- Log all customer interactions and updates accurately in the ticketing system
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure closure
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
- Support cross-functional teams when needed
