Amazon's Quantitative Business Intelligence (QuBIT) organization is looking for a Principal UX Researcher to define research strategy, own the research roadmap, and lead research initiatives for QuBIT products. As a Principal UX Researcher, you will focus on user research that influences end-to-end operator experience and directly impacts the roadmap of MyPerformance, an application built within AtoZ that empowers NACF associates to actively monitor, understand, and take ownership of their work performance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $163,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $269,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
