Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in Pinellas County.  Part Time :

  • 20-30 hours weekly Brief Job Description : Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties in order to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property.
  • The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets and equipment.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems.

Requirements :

  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • CPO - Pool Certification a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical and grounds maintenance.
  • Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
