LOCATION : International Gamco (9335 N 48th St. Omaha, NE)

SCHEDULE : Monday - Thursday (6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM) and Friday (6 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM)

PAY RANGE : Category 5

What You'll Do

This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment which produces charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets), bingo paper and bingo dabbers.

The Inventory Coordinator is a critical support role within the Finishing Department, responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking, organization, and availability of production support materials such as seal cards, bingo combo cards, pick cards, flares, and die-cut dividers. This role directly supports the timely and efficient manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products by maintaining optimal inventory levels and coordinating closely with the production schedule.

This position requires a high level of accuracy, initiative, and coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the scheduler, finishing manager, and production teams to proactively monitor inventory needs, minimize disruptions, and support daily operational goals. A strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to success in this role.

The ideal candidate for the Inventory Coordinator position is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in inventory control, production coordination, or warehouse operations-preferably within a manufacturing environment. They thrive in fast-paced settings, have a strong understanding of material flow and scheduling, and can balance accuracy with efficiency.

They are comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments to meet production timelines. Familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode / QR scanning tools, and basic material handling equipment (such as a cutter or similar machinery) will contribute to their success. A commitment to organization, accountability, and continuous improvement is essential.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include :

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of support materials, including seal cards, combo cards, pick cards, flares and die-cut dividers.
  • Compare daily support logs to inventory and adjust run quantities to meet production demands.
  • Track production and run status for support items from both Gamco and American Games.
  • Utilize QR scan codes to update machine locations and inventory movements.
  • Collaborate daily with the scheduler and finishing manager to align inventory with production schedules.
  • Operate Itoh cutter to trim glued support sheets into individual cards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible support item storage area.
  • Identify and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
  • Maintain and update bin tracking system to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of materials.
  • Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in inventory coordination, production support or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, barcode / QR scanning tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with physical inventory and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
