Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join their client's dynamic team in Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in financial analysis within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Consulting Team to assist in various financial and statistical analysis projects.

Job Duties :

  • Support the Financial Consulting Team in conducting statistical and financial analyses related to pricing, reimbursement, budgeting, cost modeling, managed care, and other healthcare finance areas.
  • Leverage financial benchmarking data from proprietary software and external sources to assist with consulting assignments.
  • Review consulting service reports to ensure mathematical accuracy.
  • Learn and contribute to the analysis of managed care agreements, populating data into consulting software.
  • Provide assistance in updating CMS rates, fee schedules, and other financial indexes used in payment calculations.
  • Respond to client financial inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of professional office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Required Work Hours

    Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

    Pay : $22-$25 / hour

    Location : Saint Paul (Hybrid)
