Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect to start working with a client of ours in Evansville, IN as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in Healthcare projects.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements :

• Manage project oversight, establish design direction, and produce technical drawings
• Develop budgets, set project schedules, and ensure timely completion
• Prepare markups for project engineers, drafters, and intern architects
• Design and deliver presentations, engaging directly with clients
• Strong knowledge of building codes, industry trends, and structural design principles
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in architecture
• NCIDQ certification
• LEED or WELL AP certification or equivalent experience
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate : $130k - $145k
