We’re looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant with deep experience driving change for enterprise software deployments and IT transformation programs. Your mission : reduce disruption, accelerate adoption, and enable seamless transitions for organizations navigating complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management efforts for large-scale software deployments and upgradesConduct change impact assessments to identify risks and organizational readiness gapsDesign and execute change strategies—including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance managementCollaborate with project teams, business units, and IT leadership to integrate change into delivery roadmapsFacilitate adoption via workshops, user coaching, and hands-on training initiativesTrack adoption KPIs and refine change tactics based on real-time insightsServe as a subject matter expert on change tools, templates, and frameworksDocument lessons learned and contribute to knowledge-sharing for continuous improvementWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)12+ years of experience in change management, specifically supporting software or IT implementationsExpertise in change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworksExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skillsProven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levelsExperience creating and delivering training programs is highly desirableChange Management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferredStrong multitasking and project leadership in fast-paced environmentsMake a Lasting Impact
