Crafted Highlights :

In the role of Mechanical Technician at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will bring experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment. This position requires the skills, aptitude, and education necessary to perform a range of mechanical duties, including equipment setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance inspections, and overhauls. You will demonstrate proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, laser alignment, power transmission components (such as bearings, gearboxes, chain and belt drives), and the use of precision measuring tools. Additional responsibilities include TIG and / or MIG welding, pipe fitting, and the ability to read and interpret equipment assembly drawings and operation / maintenance manuals. You will also assist in the training of new employees and trainees.

This role supports customer satisfaction by identifying internal and external customers, understanding their needs, and delivering mutually agreed-upon products and services. You will work both independently and as part of a team to continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and build strong, quality relationships.

This position reports to the Maintenance Lead.

What You'll Be Brewing :

• Contributes to a safe workplace by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., E.P.A, F.D.A, lock-out / Tag-out safety rules, codes policies, and regulations, and confined entry policies.
• Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.
• Dismantle, inspect, and rebuild mechanical assemblies to insure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
• Performs set-up, adjustment, and timing of mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues.
• Provide support to the Utilities Operations, Instrumentation, and Electrical teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, provides feedback for all customer request within an hour.
• Must have good computer and communication skills.
• Performs all work in a safe manner demonstrating proper use of safety equipment at all time.
