Mesa Associates Inc. is currently seeking an electrical engineering intern to assist with Substation Engineering & Design projects for its Pomona CA office. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Level Electrical Engineering Student or recently graduated from an Accredited University with BS in Electrical Engineering. Prior experience with AutoCAD software is a plus. The individual would be working with other experienced engineers and / or designers in creating electrical drawing deliverables for substation construction projects.

Additional responsibilities are :

• Works under the direction of project managers / senior engineers.
• Assist in the preparation of detail drawings of substation wiring electrical components and assemblies using manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment.
• Operates peripheral equipment such as printers plotters etc.

The expected compensation is a range determined by factors including but not limited to education experience and qualifications of the candidate internal equity work location and hiring departments fiscal resources.
