Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Drive cross-functional programs that align tech vision with business strategy

Build strong relationships across teams and foster accountability

Translate complex ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions

Champion agile, design thinking, and product transformation best practices

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ experience in tech or transformation roles, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for data, cloud, and modern workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with AWS (at least 2+ years)

This role is based in Boston - hybrid.
