Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Endpoint Administrator with deep expertise in managing complex endpoint environments across platforms, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Configuration Manager, and Defender), Azure cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-wide IT policy deployment. Proven ability to provide hands-on technical administration while driving long-term endpoint strategies that enhance cybersecurity, enforce compliance, and support infrastructure modernization. Adept at optimizing device management and ensuring seamless policy enforcement to boost business continuity and workforce productivity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (May perform any or all of the following) :

• Administer and optimize endpoint management tools including Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Defender.
• Provide strategic oversight for endpoint lifecycle management across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Lead the development and enforcement of IT policies for device configuration, security, and compliance.
• Integrate and manage endpoints within Azure cloud infrastructure to support scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement advanced endpoint protection and threat mitigation strategies.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by modernizing endpoint infrastructure and aligning with cloud-first strategies.
• Ensure consistent and compliant deployment of software, patches, and updates across the enterprise.
• Monitor endpoint performance and resolve technical issues to maintain workforce productivity and business continuity.
• Drive innovation in endpoint strategy to align with future organizational growth and technology trends.
