What this job involves :

• Organize and manage all administrative functions of the engineering group, ensuring compliance with local codes and implementing safety practices
• Supervise and organize staff activities through effective delegation, developing and motivating the engineering team
• Formulate and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs with minimal disruption to building services
• Provide training and supervision to expand engineering assistants' capabilities through hands-on instruction and performance evaluation
• Read and understand Service Level Agreements, achieve Key Performance Indicators, and maintain high client satisfaction scores
• Support facility-specific cost savings targets and assist with budget reporting, energy accounting, and productivity metrics
• Create purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and support JLL Management, Operations, and Financial audits

Estimated total compensation for this position : 100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
