Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in electromechanical packaging design for fluid flow and water quality products. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through production. The days will be filled with both new product development and sustaining engineering design updates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the mechanical design of electromechanical assemblies, focusing on packaging solutions for fluid flow and water quality instrumentation products.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Create environmental test plans.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation in packaging design and fluid flow optimization.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and manufacturability improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
