Office Assistant Pay rate is $15.00 to $21.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY :
Provide support to the Optical center team. Greet patients as they enter the center, answer the telephone, book appointments, manage patient files, and support all other aspects that do not influence a patient’s vision.

Confirm appointmentsProcess transactions in the optical billing and point of sale systemsProcess medical billing informationOrganize and file patient and customer recordsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in an office is preferredBasic computer skillsAble to handle multiple customer interactions / phone calls at a timeExcellent organizational skillsAble to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow throughSolid interpersonal relationship skillsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS :
