Pay : $16 an hour with rapid raises based off of performance!

Job description for Foundry Casting / molding worker :

Using grinders and chippers to grind excess metal off of the castings

Pack sand around molds to ensure proper formation of castings

Coat Styrofoam molds to get them ready for the casting process

Assemble Styrofoam molds per requirements

Requirements for Foundry Casting / molding worker :

Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs as needed

Availability for overtime

Shaving facial hair to meet OSHA requirements

Ideal candidates would be those that enjoy more physical jobs.
