Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, requirements gathering, and follow-up activities for various business initiatives and projects.
• Support the implementation of B2B and D2C digital commerce strategies by aligning processes with organizational transformation goals.
• Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and user stories, to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while helping manage the product backlog.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend impactful solutions.
• Design and enhance business processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure proposed solutions effectively meet both business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members, sharing insights and expertise to enhance overall team performance.
• Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce products and configurations, particularly in the context of digital commerce, to support project outcomes.
• Proven experience in business analysis within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce strategies, including B2B and D2C.
• Proficiency in creating documentation such as process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience managing product backlogs.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Platform configuration and integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
