A company is looking for a Pharmacy Member Specialist to join their Pharmacy Operations team. Key Responsibilities Provide support for pharmacy needs, including Home Infusion and specialty savings programs Address inquiries related to medication management, coverage, and pharmacy networks Investigate and resolve pharmacy claims issues to ensure accurate processing and payments Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Retail, Mail Order, or specialty pharmacy Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement defined processes Ability to evaluate alternative courses of action and make sound decisions Ability to multitask and manage ambiguity Strong focus on enhancing the member experience
