Job Summary

Note : This position will be in-person with some remote flexibility, and this opportunity will vary between 6 - 10 months based on hours employed (16 - 32 hours per week).

The UCSF Memory and Aging Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support key research and outreach initiatives within the Tee Lab. This role will provide critical coordination and administrative support to the ACAD TQA Core, manage data for multiple ongoing projects (MTV, CLAP, ENHANCE), and contribute to the Chinese Outreach program.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training activities and site visits across multiple research locations, managing training documentation and progress tracking, and supporting data quality assurance processes. This includes monitoring scoring procedures, assisting with onboarding new staff, maintaining training resources, and contributing to qualitative data analysis and manuscript preparation.

In addition to research-related duties, the Project Coordinator will support outreach efforts targeting the Chinese-speaking community. This involves tracking outreach metrics, maintaining social media platforms, and providing translation support. The role will also involve general administrative responsibilities, such as report drafting, reimbursement submissions, and participating in periodic lab meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

ACAD TQA Core Support

  • Coordinate training and quality assurance efforts across up to 11 sites in New York, California, and Canada.
  • Organize site visits for TQA members and facilitate onboarding for new staff.
  • Monitor staff training progress, issue training certificates, and maintain updated training materials (manuals, videos, folders).
  • Track and review mock scoring videos, compile scoring metrics, and support double scoring implementation across sites.
  • Translate study materials and forms into Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Assist with qualitative interview organization, manuscript preparation, and drafting of progress and budget reports.
  • Support administrative tasks such as submitting reimbursement requests and attending regular lab meetings via Zoom.

Support for Additional Projects (MTV, CLAP, ENHANCE)

  • Assist with data entry and management during periods of lower training activity.
  • Maintain and update general lab training materials and organizational systems.
  • Provide translation assistance for project-related documents as needed.
  • Chinese Outreach Program

  • Compile and maintain outreach metrics.
  • Support the management and updating of Chinese Outreach social media platforms.
  • The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

    Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
