Responsibilities :

• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in electronic health record systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports and compiling data for administrative purposes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
