The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, self-driven, natural salespeople who want to make a difference in peoples lives. As an Insurance Sales Representative / Licensed Insurance Agent, you will :
- Sell, market, and service a wide range of insurance products (auto, home, renters, business, and more).
- Help individuals, families, and small businesses protect their financial futures.
- Educate and advise clients, making every interaction an opportunity to sell, learn, and build relationships.

- We are open to a hybrid work schedule (work partly from home and partly in office) once certain production levels are met and after in office training is completed (Likely after approx. 6 months)

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives.Proactively solicit new business via phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.Develop insurance quotes, deliver strong presentations, and close sales.Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.Secure all required trailing documents from clients.Requirement
WA Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).Experience in sales, customer service, or commission-based roles strongly preferred.Dependable, reliable, and consistent with attendance.Coachable, resourceful, and eager to grow.Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong self-starter with urgency and follow-through.Ability to build relationships from a cold start.Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
