Customer Service Representative – Spokane Valley, WA (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay : $20.00 / hr. to $20.00 / hr.

Schedule : Saturday–Wednesday (Hours 1 : 30pm – 10 : 00pm and weekends required; flexible days off)

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing manufacturing company located in Spokane Valley. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Assist clients with product purchases , answer questions, and guide them through product features or demonstrations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email .
  • Monitor and manage online review boards ; respond to customer feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Strong computer literacy is required; must be comfortable navigating multiple platforms, using web-based tools, email systems, and basic CRM software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in an online or e-commerce environment, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable and dependable, especially for weekend shifts.
