As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an FP&A Director to lead and scale our financial planning efforts in the United States.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic FP&A leader to support the financial strategy and performance of our operations, drive growth, and lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting directly to the U.S. President and the Global CFO, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a critical seat at the table as we expand our U.S. presence. This role is based in Richardson, Texas.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the U.S. market
- Act as a strategic business partner to the U.S. President, leadership team, and global CFO
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives
- Lead post-M&A financial integration, supporting systems, reporting, and performance alignment
- Analyse and present key financial insights to support decision making
- Build and refine models for profitability, investment cases, and scenario planning
- Excel the S&OP process and partner closely with operations
- Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Accounting and Commercial teams

Core Qualifications
Experience with consumer goods8–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategyBackground in Big Four, investment banking, or M&A is a strong plusExperience in financial integration, performance management, and commercial financeMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldStrong command of financial modelling, budgeting, and scenario analysisVery proficient in Excel; experience with ERP and BI toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA can-do, hands-on mentality and comfort working independentlyEligibility Note :
You must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (or willing to move there over time) and authorized to work in the United States.
