About the Role :
LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Support onboarding and administrative HR tasks
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Qualifications :
3-5 years of administrative or office support experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
