Job Summary :

The Microsoft CSP Solution Specialist leads sales and renewal efforts for Microsoft licensing solutions—including Azure, M365, and D365—through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. This role collaborates closely with BDO account teams to help clients maximize their Microsoft investments and align licensing with BDO service offerings, expanding opportunities within accounts. The position requires a strong background in B2B sales, a robust knowledge of Microsoft licensing, and experience supporting mid-market organizations. The Microsoft CSP Solution Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to integrate BDO’s broader service portfolio with Microsoft solutions.

Job Duties :

  • Leads sales and renewal activities for Microsoft CSP licensing, including Azure, M365, and D365
  • Partners with BDO account teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Advises clients on Microsoft licensing options and best practices to optimize investments
  • Aligns client licensing needs with BDO service offerings to expand account value
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with Microsoft and other key partners
  • Tracks and reports on sales pipeline, renewals, and account growth metrics
  • Provides training and support to internal teams on Microsoft CSP programs and licensing updates
  • Stays current on Microsoft licensing changes, CSP program updates, and industry trends
  • Supports contract negotiations and ensures compliance with Microsoft CSP requirements
  • Utilizes sales tools, propensity data, and internal analytics platforms to identify and prioritize opportunity expansion within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Leverages CRM and other internal systems to track prospecting activities, manage pipeline, and support account planning

  • Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

    Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required; AND five (5) or more years of B2B technology sales, required; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree, required; AND three (3) or more years of B2B technology sales, required
  • Focus in Business Administration or Marketing, preferred
  • Experience :

  • Experience working with mid-market clients, required
  • Experience in IT services sales, preferred
  • License / Certification :

  • Software :

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • CRM Pipeline management experience, required

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models and CSP program structure

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range : $115,000 - $130,000 Maryland Range : $115,000 - $130,000 NYC / Long Island / Westchester Range : $115,000 - $130,000
