Reports To : Center Director
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (occasional nights and weekends)
Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt

About the Role :
We are looking for adedicated Infant / Toddler Teacherto join ourEarly Head Startprogram. This role focuses on providing high-quality care and education for young childrenaged 8 weeks to 3 years, supporting theirsocial, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentin a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Educational Programming :
Plan and implement daily learning activities that foster development
Conduct assessments and share progress with families
Classroom Management :
Maintain asafe, clean, and engagingclassroom environment
Ensure daily routines and activities aredevelopmentally appropriate
Family Engagement :
Strengthen parent-child relationships throughregular communication
Encourage family participation in learning and community activities
