Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities from project start to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow

Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

Monitor project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders

Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards

Lead onsite meetings and problem-solve issues as they arise

Maintain organized site documentation and daily reports

Background Experience :

Experience as a superintendent, foreman, or in a similar construction leadership role

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Familiarity with jobsite safety requirements and OSHA guidelines

Education or certifications in construction-related fields are a plus but not required
