Operations & Process Manager (Ideal for Industrial Engineer)

Asher Homes is a growing residential and mixed-use development firm based in Texas. We’re looking for an Operations & Process Manager to join our leadership team. This role is a strong fit for candidates with an industrial engineering or operations background who want to drive efficiency, streamline project execution, and help scale a fast-growing construction business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily business operations, vendor coordination, and project workflows
• Work directly with the Project Manager to prioritize projects and manage timelines
• Implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize resources
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and project planning
• Identify and lead system improvements across procurement, contracting, and field operations
• Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, and regulatory standards
• Partner with ownership on growth initiatives and process improvements

What We’re Looking For :

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field

3–5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project management

Construction, real estate development, or manufacturing experience a plus

Analytical, systems-driven leader with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable in a dynamic, hands-on, growth-focused environment
