Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift (8pm to 4am)

Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, this person must display exceptional technical skills, ability to problem solve, and the expertise to provide necessary maintenance solutions. This position has supervisory responsibility of the Maintenance Technician team and may require 24 / 7 support for major plant maintenance issues.
Who we are looking for :
We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of our Phoenix location. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising staff with an emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement and accomplishment of safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
What you’ll do :
- Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Company’s safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Audit product quality and processes to ensure conformance to specifications and direct set-up and adjustments of machines.
- Establish or adjust work procedures or schedules to meet customer’s
- Implement changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiencies of shop, department, and work crew.
- Partner with Safety and / or HR to investigate, resolve and provide corrective measures for accidents, injuries, production, and personnel issues.

What you’ll bring :
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Engineering5 years of previous manufacturing experience including 2 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry.Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other cross functional team members.Capability to develop diverse teams with effective cross training and evaluationHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP or J.D. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $67,920 - $93,390. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
