Client : Fortune 100 Financial Services Company
Location : Hybrid in McLean, VA / Richmond, VA (3 Days / week onsite)

Overview :
We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UX / UI design, user research, journey mapping, and designing with modern frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, applying both creativity and emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure design alignment and consistency.
- Apply design principles using Salesforce Lightning Design System and other design languages.
- Utilize tools such as Lucid Spark, Figma, Google Suite, and Jira for design creation, collaboration, and project tracking.
- Maintain a user-centered approach and leverage emotional intelligence when communicating design decisions.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio (must be submitted with application).Proficiency in Figma, Lucid Spark, Google Suite, and Jira.Hands-on experience with user flows, journey mapping, and usability best practices.Experience designing with Salesforce Lightning Design System or similar design frameworks.Strong research skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on user insights.Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partner management skills.Demonstrated ability to apply emotional intelligence in design discussions and stakeholder interactions.Preferred Skills :
