Providing a central point of contact for all Infrastructure issues in the clients North American region
Maintenance of client’s global Microsoft Exchange environment
Support of client’s global Office 365 cloud email solution
Maintenance and administration of client’s Cisco UCS environment
Support of client’s VMware Server environment and associated infrastructure
Maintenance and support of client’s Storage Area Network appliances
Configuring and managing local backup strategies
Day to day support of MS Active Directory.
Documenting of all US clients local IT procedures and processes
Skills required :
Good overall understanding of Windows Server operating systems
Knowledge and understanding of Network technologies
Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of supporting MS Exchange
Working knowledge and understanding of supporting MS Active Directory.
Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange Online.
Experience with SMTP email routing and solutions such as Cisco IronPort
Configuration and administration of VMware vSphere environments for v5.5 onwards.
Experience of SAN technologies, preferably with experience of EMC and NetApp.
Anti-virus technologies such as Kaspersky for Virtual Environments.
Backup technologies such as Veeam and ArcServe.
Desirable skills :
Experience working with RedHat Linux
Experience in building / administering MS SQL servers
