JOB SUMMARY

As a Compliance Business Partner, you will provide specialized advice and professional support for the development, implementation and reporting of the Compliance and Integrity and Privacy framework across the organization.

Based at the Hendrick Medical Center North campus and reporting to the Compliance Business Partner Manager, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance and privacy strategies, policies, and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field required within 3 years of hire

Master’s degree preferred

Minimum Work Experience

At least 5 years of healthcare related experience acute care, clinic and / or post-acute care setting required

3 years of Compliance and Privacy work experience preferred

Required Licenses / Certifications

Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within 6 months of hire.

Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or Certification in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS) or similar preferred.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical skills; attention to every detail

Highest degree of credibility, integrity, and discretion

Comfortable working independently and able to manage large, complex projects

Thrives on wide variety of intellectually challenging work

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
