Your day to day as a Director of Sales and Marketing

As the Full-Time Sales of Director at Carrollton Gardens Assisted Living, your day-to-day expectations will involve crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence. You'll oversee the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure they deliver exceptional service to prospective residents and their families. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes will be essential as you identify growth opportunities.
