LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a distribution company We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing distribution company. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who is eager to take ownership of accounting operations and grow into a Controller role. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape financial strategy and ensure operational excellence. Job Title : Senior Accountant Salary : $80- $95k Location : Onsite – Philadelphia, PA 19125 Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Implement process improvements and financial systems upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
• Mentor junior accounting staff as the team expands

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
