Skillet’z Cafe is seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help with daily operations and team management. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth service, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has a strong attention to detail.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing procedures
• Support staff with daily tasks, ensuring they have what they need to succeed
• Supervise staff during peak hours, helping to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
• Help resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Train new hires on Skillet’z Cafe policies, procedures, and service standards
• Oversee health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to ensure compliance
• Assist with cash handling, balancing registers, and processing payments as needed
