You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the executive team to ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all project-related accounting functions including job cost tracking, billing, AP / AR, and compliance.
• Review subcontractor invoices and lien waivers; coordinate payment schedules in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate project reporting and cost control.
• Reconcile job cost reports and general ledger accounts regularly to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and manage owner billings in accordance with contract terms, including AIA documents and payment applications.
• Assist with monthly closings and project financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and construction-specific compliance requirements.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve billing or documentation issues.
• Coordinate audits, job cost reviews, and financial reporting for ongoing and completed projects.
• Track change orders, labor costs, and material purchases as they relate to project budgets.
