Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a ETL Developer / Ab Initio Specialist in San Leandro, CA (Hybrid).

Contract Duration : 18 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience, specifically using Ab Initio.
  • Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle.
  • Prior experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data analytics.
  • Ability to adapt in environments with strict approval processes and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and trend-based analytics.
  • Understanding of customer behavior analysis systems.
  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using Ab Initio.
  • Work with Oracle GoldenGate and other tools for data replication and real-time streaming.
  • Support ongoing efforts to analyze customer behavior and usage patterns through large-scale data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements and implement end-to-end data solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
  • Monitor ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
