Associate Project Manager

Position Summary
The Associate Project Manager role involves managing client communications, coordinating logistics and overseeing project workflows within our ERP system (Quickbase). This position will work directly with the Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and closing of the various tasks associated with projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication and Coordination
- Manage and respond to inquiries in the client inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal team to facilitate project updates and scheduling
ERP Project Management (Quickbase)
Create and maintain projects in QuickbaseSchedule technicians for project assignments based on availability, location and project needsReview and approve project-related timecards, per-diems and expense reportsAssist the Project Manager in closing out completed projects, ensuring all documentation is finalizedScheduling and Logistics
Coordinate travel arrangements for project teams, including booking hotels, flights and rental cars using the company platformsEnsure all travel bookings align with project budgets and company policiesMaintain accurate records of travel logistics and communicate itineraries to relevant stakeholdersQualifications
2-3 years of experience in project coordination or managementExperience in travel coordination and budget managementFamiliarity with timecard and expense approval processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field preferredWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings or trainingPreferred Skills
