Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for overseeing payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll and oversee Canadian payroll, including equity, bonuses, and commissions Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain strong internal controls Drive payroll process improvements, automation, and documentation to support scalability Required Qualifications 7+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth technology environment Advanced knowledge of U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll practices Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Teampay; familiarity with Workday HRIS preferred In-depth understanding of tax, benefits, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and build strong cross-functional partnerships
