Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead all phases of construction projects from inception to completion Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while overseeing their work Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site development projects Prior experience managing construction projects is strongly preferred Experience managing subcontractors to meet schedule and budget guidelines preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI preferred
