Augmented App Support / Automation

Augmented App Support :

Focus on automation, either through Ansible or Python scripting, or leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow AIOPS platform.

Knowledge of RH OCP preferable RH OCP certification

Knowledge of Telco applications such as Mavenir IMS, Nokia 5G Core etc. is very welcome.

Hands-on attitude this is a small team - nobody is only team lead or scrum master everybody is an automation developer.

Focus of the Application Onboarding Lead is to analyze the to-be onboarded Telco application and discover what common incident can be expected and how the resolutions of these incidents can be automated and then make sure these automations get built.
