Maintenance Technician
Join our award-winning hospitality team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep our hotel safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You'll be an essential part of day-to-day operations, ensuring all systems and spaces meet brand standards while supporting guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include :
- Respond promptly to in-room maintenance requests and general repair needs
- Follow daily instructions from the Maintenance Manager regarding maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment upkeep
- Maintain compliance with brand and safety standards throughout the hotel
- Inspect and monitor building systems and equipment for proper function and safety
- Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Assist in evaluating project feasibility and resource needs
- Interpret technical manuals and apply facility management techniques
- Attend staff and safety meetings and support emergency procedures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain operational flow
