Manhattan Project Beer Co is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our Tasting Room team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence, offering the opportunity to showcase your barista skills and provide world class service to our guests
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Provide world class customer service by engaging with guests and fulfilling their orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- World collaboratively with team members to fulfill all food and beverage orders outside of the coffee menu
- Responsible for running food orders from the kitchen located on the 2nd floor
