What We're Looking For :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Overnight Manager on Duty to lead and supervise the operational activities of our guest services team at Loews Hotels. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and quality, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Manage the operations of the hotel as the senior leader during your shift.Responsible for leading and delivering exceptional guest experience.Monitor, communicate, and respond to guest issues to enhance service quality and develop strategies for increasing guest loyalty and satisfaction.Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, for the shift.Coordinate with VIP Services, escorting VIPs to guestrooms upon initial arrival to hotel and coordinate servicing of special requests during the stay.Conduct regular monitoring rounds of guest areas, including recreational areas, food and beverage outlets, and function spaces.Coordinate with Security and local law enforcement and medical personnel as necessary for guest emergencies.Prepare daily reports for management on operational effectiveness and guest feedback.Handle emergencies with professionalism while ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.Perform additional duties as assigned.Your Experience Includes :
