20+ years in B2B / B2C direct sales. Operating across 4 states with 7 locations. South Florida footprint includes a Training Facility in Miami Lakes, main office in Doral, and a new satellite in Hollywood, with Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach in expansion.
What You’ll Do
Conduct B2B outside sales to close new business with SMB / SME clients.
Build and manage a pipeline using warm / hot leads (no heavy cold calling).
Run discovery, deliver tailored solutions, negotiate, and close.
Manage key accounts post-sale to drive adoption, upsell, and retention.
Use CRM and sales tools for activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with technical / product teams to scope and deliver solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine territory strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales strongly preferred (tech / telecom a plus).
Track record in business development and account management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales enablement tools.
Data-driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasts.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
US work authorization.
