About the Role : The primary focus of the Operations Manager is to oversee business operations by providing effective methods of day-to-day operations, maintain and develop client relationships, estimate work, and recruit / develop personnel for ongoing and future projects.Company OverviewEstablished in 1891, The L.E. Essential FunctionsEnsure organizational safety expectations are met by all employeesMonitor the financial performance and production of projectsEnsure contractual compliance for current and future projectsDevelop, strengthen, and maintain long lasting client relationshipsPursue business growth opportunitiesAdvise staff of company policy expectationsLead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentorCoordinate employee performance reviewsFacilitate and enforce company policies and proceduresRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assigned About You : QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry)Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesStrong commitment to safety and the ability to develop a solid safety culture with subordinatesExcellent salesmanship and communication skills to include written and verbalStrong leadership and team building skills What We Offer : Compensation & BenefitsCommensurate with experience, paid weekly.
