Work Schedule :

1st Shift : Monday - Friday (6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm)

Job Summary

Administer training programs for new production team members. Maintain and update the cross-training and competency matrix.

Job Duties :

  • Responsible for new hire administrative training for production employees
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and gaps
  • Generate reports on training compliance and progress for management.
  • Ensure that all training programs comply with ISO 9001 standards and requirements
  • Monitor employee training progress and ensure completion within the required timelines.
  • Keep accurate training records and ensure they are readily accessible for audits and inspections
  • Education :

    High School Diploma or GED

    Skills :

  • Able to effectively communicate goals and expectations
  • Ability to work closely with others and act on issues immediately
  • Ability to communicate with upper management on training program
  • Computer skills : Outlook, Excel, and Word.
