Sales Manager

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This individual will drive results through strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a top-performing sales team.
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual objectives for unit sales, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Monitor and coach team members to maximize productivity and career growth.
  • Oversee new- and pre-owned vehicle inventory, including ordering and merchandising.
  • Leverage factory programs and promotions to drive sales results.
  • Analyze market trends and sales reports to identify customer needs and create effective sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.
  • Manage departmental expenses to align with budgetary goals.
  • Represent Modern Toyota with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership skills rooted in respect, accountability, and team development.
  • A high-energy, goal-driven mindset with a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience (CDK and V-Auto knowledge preferred).
  • Stable, successful work history in automotive sales management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
