We're currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are available Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM, to join our on-site clinic team in Glendale, AZ.

What You'll Do

Work 1 : 1 with children with autism to implement individualized ABA therapy programs.

Collect data, monitor progress, and provide feedback to families under BCBA supervision.

Contribute to a positive, engaging clinic atmosphere that fosters growth-for both clients and staff.

Receive support, mentorship, and feedback from experienced BCBAs and clinical leads.

Requirements

Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM.

High school diploma or GED (required).

A passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs.

Reliable transportation (we don't transport clients, but punctuality matters!).

Willingness to obtain or maintain :

In-person First Aid / CPR certification

AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
