NOTE : If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location. Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote”

Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst for Austin, TX for a 12-month Contract with possible extensions.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for repair and service parts
  • Track shipments and inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment
  • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and logistics documentation
  • Assist in optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Support inventory forecasting and reporting activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Required Skills :

  • 5+ Supply Chain Analyst experience
  • Proficiency with supply chain software and MS Office tools
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
