Partner closely with commercial & service leaders to lead global roll-out of new billable and contract service offerings for a $300M+ life sciences services business
Provide regular updates to company senior executives and board level leadership on roll-out considerations, timelines & impact delivery
Assess and refine business cases for new billable and contract service offerings, including assessing sequencing considerations & roll-out complexities
Lead detailed roll-out planning for new offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders, including in service delivery, sales & IT, to ensure successful launches in all regions
Develop internal and external communications to support understanding of new offerings
Collaborate closely with pricing & product teams to monitor performance vs target on pricing goals and to review and address pricing issues as needed to support growth
Assess implementation results and course correct as needed to deliver expected EBITDA impact
Partner with VCO & business leadership to assess and deliver other planned service portfolio enhancements, including launch of potential key accounts program
Build deep services business understanding and partner with commercial & service delivery leaders to identify additional attractive opportunities for profitable growth
What you must have :
Strong analytical ability
High degree of ownership & accountability
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Experience with pricing required
Experience with product management or portfolio strategy preferred
Expected background
Consultant at top tier firm or big four
Product Manager at blue chip firm
Leadership Program at blue chip firm
Pharma / Life sciences experience preferred but not required
